What you can explore
- Housing, jobs, rents and commuting maps
- Metro, zoning and construction interventions
- Matched-seed comparisons and sensitivity analysis
Guided and advanced workspaces in English, Arabic, German, French and Spanish.
Try your first experiment
- Choose a housing, remote-work or transport question. The initial chart is a saved example, not a new calculation.
- Start with the 1,000-person or company quick model, set a seed and horizon, then run the paired comparison. Use 10,000 entities when you want a larger synthetic population.
- Inspect the matching charts, values table and an individual journey. Save or share the recipe; open Advanced for maps, detailed parameters and the original model controls.
How to read the results
This city is synthetic and has not been fitted to a real metropolitan area. Long-run rent paths can be extreme; treat them as model diagnostics, not property or policy forecasts.
These are exploratory models using synthetic populations. Their results illustrate assumptions and scenarios; they are not calibrated forecasts.
